Glad you did an excellent job fixing both our metal gates, front and back. For the rear gate, he had to be creative to come up with a solution for an atypical situation. Overall the work was excellent and Larry was very easy to work with.

Larry emailed me his number, I called and he responded immediately. In short order he assessed the problem gave a reasonable quote, and fixed the gate. All within 2 hours! The good thing was that I was no longer in the dog house with my wife for letting the problem go for so long. Would give 10 stars to this veteran if I could!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same so we strive to get as much detail as possible from every potential job. We prefer to look at the property/project to ascertain what exactly is entailed to achieve the best end results for our customers. This allows us to give the best possible price to our customers and never have to add extra costs at the end.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have essentially been in the construction business my entire adult life. We learned basic carpentry and framing while in High School and never looked back. We have over 20 years of welding of experience working w/ sheet metal to structural steel beams. We pride ourselves on adapting to the changes in the business and offering the best products to my customers.
