Chef Pierre was incredible! We booked him for a bachelor party in St. George and he arrived promptly and cooked an unforgettable meal consisting of a caesar salad, lobster bisque, perfectly cooked beef wellington with a creamy potato puree ending with strawberry short cake. This review is LONG overdue, but we had the pleasure of working with Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre for our company's trip to Las Vegas for a conference.
We stayed in an AirBnB that had a great kitchen, so we wanted to treat our team to a meal one night at the house. We found Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre, contacted them, worked out a menu, and enjoyed the food immensely!
From the very start, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre were wonderful to work with. Their communication was always super prompt and professional, and so was their demeanor at the house. They beat me to the location when I was heading back from the expo, and got everything set up and ready to go super quickly. They were so friendly and warm, and played fun music while they were cooking while chatting with our team as they trickled back to the house from the expo.
They made us the MOST DELICIOUS meal! We had a toasted bread, cheese, and pear starter, a grilled and roasted rack of lamb with asparagus and mashed potatoes for the main course, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was homemade and AMAZING. The team still talks about how delicious and cool the experience was.
I would 10000% recommend this awesome duo to anyone looking to have a meal prepared for them. They are the total package! Thank you, Chef Perry-Edwards and Chef Pierre! We appreciate you.

I give discounts for military veterans and their families also active duty military as well for I am prior service Marine Corps 9 years
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well hopefully I'll have a few days or a few weeks prior towards the event or meal it's going to be 50% booking fee and of course the rest after the job is finished
I can always work with different meal types and selections and any questions that customer has I always do my best to answer
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well of course I had some school training before I graduated and join the Marine Corps and also after the nine years of service I'm well equipped to serve 2 and upwards of thousands
I was classically trained and both Sea Gardens Hotel Resort and Disney Aulani resort in Hawaii as well as an associate's degree for going to Le Cordon Bleu
