- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly fee is $60x3 hours as a base and then we charge per person for a 3-5 coursed meal. The menu will decide the cost per person. This does not include tax. Gratuity is always appreciated.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to create a menu and give a cost per/person initially!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both graduated from esteemed Culinary Schools and worked in 5 star/Fine Dining restaurants/Hotels.
