From casual dining to multiple Michelin stars, I’ve worked in all facets of the industry, learning any skill and technique I could along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was going to college and needed a job. So I started as a supervisor in a retirement home. Within 3 weeks, I knew I would do this for the rest of my life. 13 years later and it’s the best decision I ever made.
