- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have two different pricing structures depending on Individual or Group pricing. I also customize packages based on client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For everyone I decide to work with. I always conduct an interview to firstly make sure I understand what their needs are and that they understand what I do and how I do it. Secondly to make sure we're a good fit for each other. Last but not least, I do a thorough fitness evaluation to establish an ideal starting point for the client. Schedule appointments ahead then start training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been an athlete for majority of my life. I've personally trained myself to gain size and get bigger and I've also done the reverse to get lean. I'm a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Advanced Flexibility Specialist, Health and Fitness Specialist, TRX as well as CPR/AED Certified. I'm also a former Emergency Medical Technician that attended the City of Las Vegas Fire Academy. I'm also a Combat Veteran for the US Navy.
