Introduction: I am a life coach, a certified personal trainer and I also have a certification in nutrition. I have five years of experience as a personal trainer and served eight years active duty military. I provide custom fitness and nutrition plans to ensure optimum client success.
I specialize in weight loss, pre and post partum, and weight training. I use a variety of methods, including functional training, plyometrics, boxing, kickboxing, and HIIT, to keep things fun and interesting, but also challenging.
