- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rates are $60 a session, however, if you are on a tight budget I may be able to work with you on price if you just let me know!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My process is highly tailored to what my client needs. I asses my clients with movement screens and by studying their gait and posture. I then proceed to work on what needs the most attention. For instance, one of my new clients this summer had very poor neck mobility and was suffering from pain. We immediately worked on our neck mobility with science based 'joint circles' called controlled articular rotations. She began to move her neck much better and relieved much pain. I will then proceed to guide you on a plan specific to your needs and priorities. Health and nutrition guidance are heavily discussed in our first meeting or virtual meeting if you hire me as your Online Personal Trainer.
