Personal Training

Nick is an excellent trainer. He is great at adapting the session to our needs and ability. We have had him creating sessions at our house during COVID quarantine and he is always punctual, organized and engaged in our session. My partner and I both attend the training and Nick is great at changing the routine to fit both abilities so we are pushed just enough to finish the session exhausted but like we have spent a productive hour. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to seriously help in their fitness regime.

TLDR: Nick is a great coach that gives personal attention and genuinely wants to help you reach your goals! Went from 210 to 190 in about 2 months. I decided to works with Nick as I was about to become a father and was already working in the famous dad-bod. I normally sit around 200, but had already crawled my way up to 210. I knew I needed some direction and accountability and Nick provided just that. Nick would touch base with me multiple times a week to check in on me and see how the intensity was for each workout. Nick's programmed workouts were perfect too. I have him a list of equipment I had access to and voila. He also provided various variations in case I needed to either step a movement down. Lastly, a huge convenience that Nick provided was a guide on nutrition with a high level of what to eat and how much to eat at each meal. I appreciated that as I could tell Nick was serious about helping me reach my goals by providing important content. Overall working Nick got me back into my grind just like I wanted. I am currently sitting at 190 and holding steady while leaning out gradually and building more muscle.

Nick is a great find! He is very accommodating to my early morning start time and is always punctual. He is awesome at pushing you to keep going, but is also sensitive of your needs and aware if a modification is needed. He went out of town and still took the time to send me a morning work out. He is the man for your fitness goals. You will not be disappointed!
