I am a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and a Certified Senior Fitness Specialist through NASM
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked at senior communities and later worked as a life insurance broker. I started to notice similar health trends that could be prevented through movement and proper nutrition. My mission now is to help as many people live quality lives for as long as they choose. Chronological age does not define your biological age, I want to increase your health span, and make your everyday life more enjoyable.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am honored and privileged to work with every single client I currently have. I have seen A1C readings drop, I have seen people walk perfectly after a broken hip, I have seen increased strength at age 70, I have seen busy moms prioritize their health and show up better for their kids. And of course I have seen the most common; fat/weight loss goals hit. This journey is personal to every client, and it is very rewarding to see so many improve their lives overall.
