We specialize in private and semi private classes in order to create a personalized pilates experience catered to your specific needs. At the studio we have over a 12 years of experience in pilates, yoga, and health and wellness. We are an inclusive studio and equipped to work with all bodies at every age with varying abilities including pre and post natal, osteoporosis, muscular imbalances, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. We offer a special $50 introductory session to all new clients.

Isabelle at Crown Energy Studio is an amazing Pilates instructor. Just a few months ago I was a beginner and she always made me feel comfortable and at the same time challenged me to believe in myself. I love her classes because they feel like a workout and Im definitely stronger because of it. Isabelle is fun and listens if something on your body is bugging you. I highly recommend this studio for those just starting out OR those folks who are advanced (she will kick your butt if you ask for it)!

I cant recommend Isabelle enough as a Pilates instructor! Shes incredibly talented and has an amazing way of making every session feel comfortable and motivating, no matter your age or experience level. She truly cares about her clients and always adjusts classes to meet each person where theyre at for a personalized experience. This was my first pilates experience and I signed on to do a full program. The instructor whooped my tush in the best way possible. She helped me work on some of my mobility issues and I can really tell that there is a difference in my posture and positioning. There were all levels in the class at the time, and normally I would feel nervous since it was my first experience, but I felt so comfortable and without judgment. It was difficult but a lot of fun after a few sessions. I highly recommend!
