I consider our pool an expensive investment and wouldn't just let anyone take care of it. We have used Pool Serv for many years now. They have proven to be dependable and knowledgable with pool service and equipment. The pool techs are very friendly and deal well with my dog growling and barking. We have used quite a few of Pool Servs services. They have worked on our pool equipment, acid washed the plaster, bead blasted the tile, resurfaced our deck and repainted our faux waterfall and all of the additional rock in the backyard. After all the work our pool looked brand new and the waterfall and rock work looked better then it did when the original company painted it. Their prices are very reasonable and the work is professional. We have been very pleased with their services and would recommend them. We have been very pleased with all of the work they have done.

Ronnie has always done excellent work on my pool. He had replaced my filter last year with a 4 speed filter that is very efficient and has reduced my Nevada Energy bill. He had to do extra work to make the pipes work as the original builder had an inefficient system but he did not charge me more money for this.
But this year he switched out my heater that had been inconsistent but now had finally failed. For several years he was able to keep the pool heater alive with his expertise but warned me 4 years ago it was already on borrowed time. Finally, it stopped heating altogether. The heater is an expensive unit and I shopped online to get the best deal for the exact model I wanted. I shopped so well that I was able to get it at that price by Ronnie's local distributor and save over $100 on the shipping by giving Ronnie the paper proving the price and he was able to meet it. He spent hours in the heat supervising his worker and directing and working with his own hands as well. The price he gave me beat out every other price I received from local pool companies. Like always ,his work was impeccable and he even noticed a noise coming from my AC units which are right next to my pool equipment and he was able to remove debris that could have been an expensive problem down the road. I didn't even know he serviced HVAC systems until then. Years ago he power washed my pool as the calcium was making a white ugly water mark. It looked great when he was done. He texted me pictures at the time as I was away for 5 weeks in the summer and he always maintains the pool while I am away though I do it myself al the rest of the year. If a major pool repair is required Ronnie is the man to do it.

We have been using this company for four years. We have a large salt water pool with some messy trees in the yard. We also have a separate in-ground jacuzzi. This company provides exemplary service, the pool always looks great, and if there is a problem they are quick to respond and perform repairs. I would highly recommend this company to maintain your pool

I would like to say that the customer service that was impeccable. I had some concerns about my resealing of my pool deck and they were addressed immediately. Ronnie I appreciate you and your staff for taking the time to do such an amazing job!
