Introduction: As an owner/investor/landlord myself, I have an unique perspective when it comes to property management and cleaning. I manage my client's properties the same way I manage my own, maximizing revenue while minimizing expenses, while still providing a great experience for both tenants and landlords. I have been in real estate since 2002, and have done pretty much all aspects of it from buying, selling, managing rentals, mortgage, and even cleaning service.
