What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Simple pricing. We charge between 6-10% depending on the rent and property location. We also have an apples to apples Low Price Guarantee, Fast Rental Guarantee, Quality Tenant Guarantee and give a multi-property discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a property inspection and do a rental comp analysis. This helps to establish the market rent and identify any needed repairs to make it "rent ready."
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've managed over 1000 properties in Las Vegas. Our property managers are licensed and experienced. Broker, Tod Wever, 40 Under 40 Top Realtor Award Winner GLVAR. He also has the Professional Residential Manager® (PRM®) Designation.
