MGB Music is a multimedia production company providing recording services, video production, mixing, mastering and music lessons. The music studio is outfitted with state of the art equpiment including vintage microphones, pre amps and modern digital tools such as Pro Tools and UAD plugins.
The studio rate is $60 per hr and will include an engineer.
Mixing and mastering is also included in the $60 per hr rate.
We also offer music video production levels ranging from simple youtube cover videos to bigger concept videos.
Music lessons include guitar, bass, mixing, mastering and music production taught by Michael Gene Binder.
BIO
Backed by over 20 years of experience in the music industry, Mike Binder is a renowned industry professional, and a respected music teacher across the Las Vegas circuit.
Having played guitar since he was just seven years of age, Mike produced his first record at 14, with LA punk outfit Downfall, and toured as bassist for Chasing Furies at just 19. His journey has been one fully immersed in music, and as a result, his passion for helping artists reach their full potential, and build the skills required to excel, is unquestionable.
Currently a member of the band Crush, with whom he performs three days a week at Fremont Street Experience, Binder has performed on a plethora of renowned stages, and recorded and produced hundreds of records with successful artists and YouTube Sensations alike. From Grammy nominated names like Gungor, Katie Herzig, and Rachael Lampa, to internet sensations like Tyler Ward, Lindsey Stirling and Alex G, Mike’s collaborative experience and knowledge are second to none. In addition, his time spent studying mixing with audio guru and multi Grammy-winning producer / engineer Manny Marroquin, in France, 2014, helped vastly broaden his understanding and abilities in music production.
Mike plays on the Vegas strip casino stages every weekend, and appears alongside local artists like Franky Perez, Wayne Newton, Eden Stollmen, Chandiss, and Megan Ruger. In between running his own recording studio, teaching, writing and recording, Michael plays not only guitar, but bass, piano, dobro, banjo, ukulele, drums and percussion. He’s been giving private music lessons for over fifteen years, and welcomes all ages and levels of experience. His friendly, accessible approach unites with a working transparency, and a passion for allowing students to learn the songs and styles that interest them. His aim is to build upon an existing love for music, to reveal the artist’s own unique sound, and to open the door to creative expression and skill for any and all aspiring musicians.
