FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices provided are flat rate. No extra fees! The price you see, is the price you pay!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether it's furniture assembly or audio production lessons, my process always starts with understanding your needs. For furniture assembly, I’ll ask what items need to be built, where they’re going, and if there are any special considerations (tight spaces, wall-mounting, etc.). I bring all the necessary tools and hardware, work efficiently, and make sure everything is solid, level, and cleaned up before I leave. For audio production lessons, I start with a quick conversation to understand your experience level and goals. I teach beginners how to use Logic Pro X and Pro Tools, covering everything from navigating the software to making beats, recording, and mixing. Lessons are done over Zoom with screen sharing, and I provide helpful resources like templates and practice files to support your learning in between sessions. In both cases, I aim to make the experience smooth, professional, and tailored to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
