We needed our new water heater replaced with the old. Jalex Plumbing responded to our request for service immediately and was available to do the replacement install as soon as my new water heater was delivered, the next day! Joel and Miguel were punctual and respectful of our condo, they even removed their shoes at the front door! Communication was easy and the job they did was fast and awesome! They removed and disposed of the old water heater from our second floor unit. They also helped me to figure out why our bathtub shower wasn't producing hot water and identified the cartridge we will need to fix this issue. I will be calling Jalex Plumbing back to solve this as well, as soon as the part arrives. Their prices were so great compared to other plumbers I called and the work they did was excellent. If you need a reliable plumber in Las Vegas, call Jalex Plumbing! Thanks so much guys!

If you don't want to read the whole review - just go hire Joel - he is amazing! Now for the full story: The bolt holding the bottom of my shower door broke, and NOBODY could simply fix it. Everyone wanted to charge me upwards of $2500 to install a whole new door because apparently there isn't anywhere to buy parts only for pivot-hinged frameless shower doors. Joel was amazing! He was able to fabricate a piece of metal to attach to the frame and took the cost of my job from $2500+ down to less than $500. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! HIRE THIS MAN! All the stars aren't enough to give him! *Pay no attention to the gross - looking shower - the efforts to try and fix it the past six weeks left it nasty looking, but now that it's fixed we can finally get it sparkling again thanks to Joel!
