Daniel is a very effective communicator from start to finish and super easy to work with. We had one cracked roof tile and was not sure if there was more. He first came for a free estimate, inspected the whole roof, and identified some cracks in the joints. A few days later he came with the material to replace the tile and also enforced all 4 joints with cement. He worked fast and showed us photos after inspection and fixes. I definitely will hire him again for any roof issues in the future.

Daniel responded to my request quickly and got me on the schedule. He showed up on time, explained everything to me, and was very open about what he was going to do to fix my leak. While on my roof, he took a picture of the leak location, then took pictures of everything as he repaired it. Daniel is easy to work with and trustworthy. He is now my go-to roofing guy!

Daniel Perez arrived promptly to look at my roof and estimate the repairs and materials needed to stop it from leaking. He sent me his recommended repairs and cost estimate that very same day. He made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had during this process. On the day of repair Daniel arrived on time, got the repairs done and everything cleaned up in a timely manner. I would definitely hire him again should the need arise.
