They were very quick on the response and were able to work with us on both a time frame for the initial visit and the final project (replacing sagging trusses on the house exterior) After that, they were open to finding a way to price match to another contractor's estimate, and while that ultimately lead to the job taking an extra day longer, everything was done when we needed it, and it looks great. The replaced beams were 70~ years old, and not one of them was a full 10ft beam, meaning that the roof was starting to sag along them as well. now each one is a full beam, and the roofing along those peaks is flat again. Will definitely keep JW in mind and will reach out again when we plan to do a more extensive roof replacement sometime in the (hopefully not too near, but likely nearer than I hope) future.

Joey and his team were great to work with. Joey was very prompt in responding to me via text and calls. I had a section of flashing replaced. It was a small job, but JW still treated me with importance. The gentleman that came out to do the work was very nice, efficient, and professional. He even spray painted the section of flashing brown so it matched the rest. I was very happy with the results.
