Although I had a small job Source 1 Roofing actually took the time to come out and give a me quote. Next day they came and fixed it! I would hire them again.

I was shocked to see a poor review for this company when there are so many great ones. I decided to do some research and discovered that the same person has given one star reviews for just about every business that they have reviewed. It seems that the only thing those bad reviews have in common is the person making them. I have my own calculation that I use to determine the true weight of a rating based on the person's history and I can tell you that in this case, the low rating that was given to Sky Canyon Roofing should not be given any more consideration than a paper cut.

I have dealt with many fly by night outfits that tell you one thing but do something completely different but I must say It was such a pleasant experience dealing with someone who did everything they said and more and were helpful in answering all questions asked in a manner that I understood I could not of been happier with the experience and would recommend these people anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and fair. We do have a $650 minimum charge. We do this because it is too difficult and costly to send crews all over town to repair 1 or 2 shingles or tiles.
We can offer help in obtaining financing as well as working with insurance companies.
We offer discounts for Military, Police, Fire fighters, and Teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our qualified technicians will come out and inspect the property. We will provide you with information regarding the issues found with your roof and help you make the right decisions for your property. We provide you with a detailed estimate. Once you accept the estimate than we obtain a down payment, which is used to purchase materials and get the process going.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our company has years of experience behind them. All the members of the crew have been roofers for many years, some of them have over 20 years in the field. Our crews are experienced in multiple different types of roofing, construction, and safety requirements.
Our Office Manager, Jessica has almost 20 years in real estate along with office management, and construction.
