- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and fair. We do have a $650 minimum charge. We do this because it is too difficult and costly to send crews all over town to repair 1 or 2 shingles or tiles. We can offer help in obtaining financing as well as working with insurance companies. We offer discounts for Military, Police, Fire fighters, and Teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our qualified technicians will come out and inspect the property. We will provide you with information regarding the issues found with your roof and help you make the right decisions for your property. We provide you with a detailed estimate. Once you accept the estimate than we obtain a down payment, which is used to purchase materials and get the process going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our company has years of experience behind them. All the members of the crew have been roofers for many years, some of them have over 20 years in the field. Our crews are experienced in multiple different types of roofing, construction, and safety requirements. Our field Manager, Dallas is one of the guys who has almost 20 years in roofing. He runs almost all of our estimates, and keeps the crews on track. Our Office Manager, Jessica has almost 20 years in real estate along with office management, and construction.
