- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for Active Duty Military, Vets, and non-profits. Pricing is per hour, the prices displayed here is with the 2 hour minimum included. each hour after the first 2 will be additional. For more Pricing information and to see the full list of what we offer please refer to our website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will do a free consultation to get the full scope of work, then we will provide a no obligation estimate that addresses the initial issues, and offers our suggestions of what is needed to make things run smoothly. Depending on the job, once the final estimate is agreed on, we will expect half the estimated cost up front, and the remaining once the job is done and we know how many hours to bill for. You will receive an invoice at the end of the job and payment will be due before our tech leaves the site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers and technology for 25 years and my business partner for 15 years. With many college, tech school, trade school and other courses under our belts. I held a COMPTIA Net + certification for many years and simply found the benefits of renewing it not cost effective.
