We do want to clarify for transparency that our deep cleaning service includes bathrooms and bedrooms, and specifically covers tasks such as vacuuming (including pet hair on carpets), mopping floors, cleaning tubs and sinks, wiping baseboards in those areas, and cleaning both the inside and outside of appliances including the refrigerator and oven. Certain services such as full dusting of all surfaces, dishwashing, or detailed organization of personal items are not included unless specifically added or requested in advance. We also note this review was submitted approximately two weeks after the service was completed, which makes it more difficult to address or clarify concerns in real time. We always encourage clients to communicate any concerns during or immediately after service so we can resolve them promptly. Our cleaning specialists follow a structured checklist and are trained to complete all services included in the selected package. We also encourage clients to communicate any specific priorities during the walkthrough so we can ensure expectations are aligned in real time. We take pride in the consistency and thoroughness of our team, which is reflected in many of our client reviews. We’re always open to feedback that helps us improve, but we also strive to remain clear and transparent about what is and isn’t part of each service to avoid misunderstandings.
