I am pleased to write a review for the work we had done. From the very 1st day when we had our estimate, Nick was polite, professional and helpful with ideas and suggestions to help us get the best results within our budget.
Nick was on time throughout the project and was easy to communicate with. Some of our job required adjustments and flexibility and Nick was very helpful and adaptive. Even with temperatures reaching above 110, Nick adjusted his work schedule for early morning and evenings rather than postponing the job.
Nick made sure to walk through his progress at the end of every work shift to let us know his plans and expectations as we went along.
Due to the nature of our job and needed adjustments, we had a delay because we had to reorder a large item. Nick has agreed to return when the delivery is made and swap out the new item at no additional charge. He will also be doing follow-up to make some adjustments as needed. Nick is being responsive to text messages regarding potential tweaks to make sure the final outcome is as good as possible.
Payment was simple as the project progressed. We were able to use Zelle which made the payment process easy. Porsche sent daily invoices via Thumbtack and email.
My only recommendation would be to minimize the request for installment payments/invoices to 1 per 24 hour period. Especially since the invoice requests arrive via the app and email, the result is multiple payment requests within a 24 hour period. With that said, having a separate person handling the finances is good, because it allows the çontractor to focus on work and not have to worry about the finances of the job.

Rising SB Logistics had someone out to help us within the week! They were truly a pleasure to work with and Nick was able to patch up & paint our patio wall all within a couple hours. He was cordial and punctual. Would definitely book with them again in the future!

The assembly service I received was quite good. The technician arrived on time and managed to put together my furniture in a reasonable amount of time. They did a decent job, although there were a few minor hiccups along the way. Overall, I would say it was a satisfactory experience.
