- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is $30 for a half hour, $50 for the 45 minute lesson and $60 for an hour. I can work with my clients on a sliding scale/
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I use my vocal warm up routine to make an assessment of the student's vocal range and typically listen to a song in their repertoire to hear where their strengths lie, as well as begin teaching technique. I have a good sense of correct repertoire choices and I also give out sheet music as part of my vocal studio practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Music/Voice from The University of North Carolina School of the Arts and an extensive resume in Opera and Musical Theater. I also have a master's degree in performance from UNLV. I currently teach vocal pedagogy at the College of Southern Nevada.
