I am still new to Las Vegas. I purchased a house with a pool a little over a year ago. In that time, I have worked with three pool companies. Of the three, Tiger Shark is the first to not only do the job well but also stand by their service. I have been very impressed with their keeping to the scheduled service schedule as well as thorough followup about the service rendered via email after every visit.
Tiger Shark is by far the best option for us and I have yet to meet another competitor that even comes close. I highly recommend them.

Wayne contacted me immediately and came out the next day to look at my green pool. He explained what was need and my pool is now crystal clear. He comes weekly and I'm very impressed with his work.

We just built a pool a few months ago (took over 6 months if you can believe that, covid I guess). We called a few poolmaintenance companies for weekly service and Tiger Shark was fast to respond, the other guys either didn't even call me back or they took a long time to respond. They came over and gave us a quote for weekly water treatment and maintenance. We wanted a company that knew what they were doing since it's a new pool so we DEFINTELY don't want someone to mess it up. On top of that, they are certified and trained. It's not always the same person that comes out each week but they are consistent and do a great job. Anytime we have issues, they're fast to respond. Great company. The owner is Wayne. He's a nice guy and very professional. Always responds quickly. Can't ask for more.

We fired our last pool guy because he wasn't showing up and our water was turning green. We called Tiger Shark Pools and met with Wayne. He was knowledgeable and gave us a fair price for weekly maintenance. They "shocked" the pool and after a few days it turned clear again. They've been showing up consistently so we're happy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many pool "companies" are just one guy solo operator with no formal training. We are Certified Pool Operators (CPO) with a staff of technicians which means we are properly trained and never miss a day. Our average monthly cost is about $150 which is the going rate for a reputable company that's going to do it right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and take a look at your pool then give you a quote on the spot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are owned and run by Certified Pool Operators (CPO). Very few residential pool companies go through this formal training.
