- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Nationwide Pool, we offer a discount for first time customers who sign up for our pool service. We are also currently offering a winter service fee of $175 for weekly maintenance service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we enter them into our system and create a work order for the job needed. We will have one of our members from the department reach out to you for more details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We began in 1981 as part of Pool Mart of Nevada and after a few years bought the service department. A little while later we added pool contractor services and opened our own small retail store in the Spring Valley area and soon grew to four retail stores, now known as NPS Pool & Spa Supply, with the flagship store having over 30,000 sq. ft. of retail and warehouse space. We found our niche in remodeling and building pools and sold the retail interest, becoming Nationwide Pool Service and Nationwide Pool Design to focus on making old pools look young.
