- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always receive training to fix and use all the latest sewing machines and soon to be released machine from all the manufactures. What better way to purchase a new sewing machine knowing the dealer has the necessary know how and training straight from the factory to provide the customer the full support they need when learning a new machine. Also being certified by the factory to fix all the latest machines is an added comfort to the customer knowing if a problem does occur in a new machine, it can be rectified as quickly as possible. We are always striving to be the most knowledgeable in our field!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We most commonly service vacuum cleaners and or sewing machines as our most common job we do, our turn around time is usually a few days or so. We also provide free estimate for our repairs also with no pressure to fix the machine if the repair is too expensive. We also sell new vacuum cleaners and sewing machines and most of the machines we have are eligible for trade in discounts. We service and sell built in central vacuums, most service calls are the same day for the customer if it fits in their schedule. Any parts needed for any machine whether they be a vacuum, sewing machine and even central vacuum we have in stock if not we can order it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they know the product they are working on or selling. Every product breaks, better to be trained to fix that product than just winging it because you have done a similar job.
