Where do I even start?! Cynthia made the wedding run smoother than we could have ever imagined. With just a week out from our wedding, she came in and really kicked everything into high gear and got stuff done! Cynthia made sure that all of our needs were met and she went above and beyond. I can honestly say that she made this wedding happen! She made sure everything was done and done on time. She ensured that the bride and groom were taken care of and did not disappoint at all! As the bride, she completely took 100% of the stress away from me. She even created the day-of timeline, which I had not worked on at all! Cynthia does an amazing job as a event coordinator, and she is an awesome person that truly does care about her clients. She will make sure that you are taken care of and won't stop until everything is right. We had an issue with our venue/catering coordinator, but she addressed that issue head on! She handled any hiccups that came up so that we wouldn't have to stress about them. She made sure everything and everyone were in line so that we could have a night that we will remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend her to ANYONE that has an special occasion or event. She will take charge and make sure the job gets done! Cynthia, thank you so much for all that you do, you are very appreciated. Our wedding was so lovely and we couldn't be more than happier. We had a reception in our backyard and we hired them for being an assistant of the day of our wedding. Cynthia and Dallas are very nice and friendly; and also good with communication via phone, emails and texts. They are very responsive to the clients and gave us many advices in our wedding. We would like to thank you very much for everything. Decorations (tables, lights, and cake set up) were beautiful; Food, photographers, bartender, server, and everything ran smoothly and perfectly. Not only us, but our guests are also enjoy our wedding. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator/planner for your wedding or the day of wedding, I recommend Affairs to Remember Weddings and Special Events and you would not be disappointed. Cynthia made my wedding an event to remember for sure! She worked with the venue coordinator, the photographer, and reception area set-up and staff. She helped me prior to the event with coordinating day of activities and throughout the very busy day! She made the event run smoothly and helped ease guests into where they should be at certain times. Could not have made this wedding so special without her help! Truly appreciated and would recommend her to all my friends and family for future weddings or events!! THANK YOU!!!

My wedding plans changed so I did not need Cynthia's services. It took me about a month to figure this out and she was patient, professional but continued to gently check in and see what else I needed. I appreciate that she responded to all my questions and offered to do a conference call with me before every making me commit to a contract or payment. I have every confidence that if I change my venue again back to Vegas, Cynthia would graciously assist even if it is 2 days before the event!
