Leon was very accessible and set an appointment for the next morning. His staff member Ted came over to uncrate and set up a piece of furniture. Ted was neat, and quick, and also took the wood crate away afterwards. I would use First Choice again.

For new homeowners needing quite a bit of work done on our house, we did not know where to start! From my first initial inquiry on Thumbtack, down to the last detail on our house, we had awesome service from M&R Services. Any questions we had, any hiccups &/or additional house work that was found along the way that we did not realize was needed… you name it - was taken care of by M&R Services. Robert is definitely a people person and so is his team, they were a delight to work with. Our house needed completely painted on the inside, tile in upstairs bathrooms & laundry, new baseboards throughout entire house, repair to the ceiling in the kitchen from upstairs water damage, and new toilets installed. Before meeting Robert, we had already had our floors scheduled with Home Depot for new wood laminate throughout living room, stairs, and loft, and carpet in the bedrooms. We ended up cancelling with Home Depot (what a rip off) and were given a much better option from M&R that was within our budget, and had them complete that all, too! Robert even helped us out and got our front yard landscaping taken care of, as it was very over grown when we bought the house, just out of the goodness of his heart. From where the house started, to where it is at now… wow, it is like night and day. We absolutely LOVE it!!! Honestly, that is probably an understatement! I can’t wait to get home every day and look at it. M&R Services is definitely looking out for people, they do good work, and are not trying to make a quick buck by charging you something outrageous. We had a really good experience with them and hope that you do, too!

Tim did a great job installing my microwave wall vent. Everything was done just the way he described it and the clean up was done to my satisfaction. We plan on hiring Tim for future jobs around the house.

Jeremy came and installed the hardware for my cabinets in thr kitchen. He was ontime, professional and very polite. It was a breath of fresh air to find a handy man like him. The job was done beautifully and immediately my husband and I thought of all the many things we could hire him for. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. Although the hardware came with screws, he recommended using longer ones for the drawers and even when to Home Depot to purchase them. We highly recommend Jeremy!

We got a few projects done, but still not finished, i was hesitant to hire a contractor due to all the horrible stories i hear., but Johnny gained my trust very timely and great communicator.. we got a pantry built which i love now we have food storage space, stairs, a side gate and he revamped our old fence and put mesh behind it to match the other one..

Kirk came prepared to work and didn't leave until the job was done right! I asked him to put up a four piece picture set which required precise alignment, and the presentaton couldn't have looked any better! Excellent service provided by a true professional! Highly Recommended!

I hired Jesus Lozoya to install artificial turf in my backyard. He not only installed the grass, but helped me buy the right product at an excellent price. (Far cheaper than Lowes or Home Depot). He also installed tiered brick planter boxes around the whole backyard, installed the watering system, painted the block wall and bricks to match, and clear sealed everything. I can't believe how beautiful everything turned out. He is a professional who was always concerned with our needs and what we wanted. He also refreshed all the rock in my front yard, put up a small privacy fence around our new pool pump and motor. Jesus and his team are complete pros in everything they do. I plan on having him come back in the spring to plant all the landscaping for the back yard. I highly recommend him and his company. I'm waiting for a quote for him to paint the inside of our house next. I couldn't be happier with the hard work and end results of everything he did. I hired Randy to fix my front door (I have French doors and they weren’t aligned correctly). He realized the problem right away and fixed it in about the 10 minutes. He also fixed anther door in my house. I was quoted one price and he charged me less! Very fair and professional. Would hire again.

Julio responded to my request with a great estimate within an hour. Through a phone call we discussed the problem & expectations and made plans for repair the following day. He had it fixed, plus gave me helpful tips for the future within a half hour. It would have taken me hours on my own plus lots of trial & error. I will absolutely be calling Julio at Maintenance Masters again for my next fix-it or renovation help!

Hello, I would like recommend Elias and Jonathan They are on time, extremely hard working precise dea tailing to citing wood and ground measurements To cement in my wood beams for my garden trellis. Leo's company was referred to me by my realtor from Realty One Group. After interviewing several contracts to paint, lay wood flooring, plumbing and electrical, I researched this company and liked the positive feedback from other clients. Although I am very critical of craftsmanship and work ethics this company did an excellent job. Without a doubt, I got what I paid for. Another sound decision.

KWK Maintenance handled several projects at my home. He installed wood floor in my bedroom, added crown molding and baseboards throughout. He also installed cabinets in my garage. Great job and very reasonable!! Highly recommend them.

We hired John and he built us shelves and a work bench in our garage. Also he removed existing carpet and replaced it with wood flooring. He did an excellent job and his pricing was very reasonable. After 2 months we hired him again to do a patio cover. We can highly recommend him, he is trustworthy and very reliable. Working with him was a very pleasurable experiment. He also can design and fabricate ironwork gates, fences and decorative iron. He can do just about anything you would like.
