I have found anandagiri to be a most warm and intimate atmosphere to commune in. The medition techniques have been specific and have helped to deepen my practice. I have gained much practical insight into flowing with life through the Sunday services, books and the availability of ongoing discussions.
There is much Joy to be held here!!!
