Hi, I’m Sunray — a heart-centered yoga guide dedicated to creating safe, soulful spaces for self-discovery and healing. Certified through Mount Madonna’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I bring a grounded, devotional approach rooted in traditional yogic wisdom. With a background in dance, psychology, and trauma-informed support, I weave together movement, mindfulness, and music to help you reconnect with your body and spirit. Whether you're a total beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my sessions are customized to meet you where you are! I offer private and small group yoga lessons incorporating the soothing sounds of the handpan for live sound healing during savasana or meditation, deepening your journey into relaxation and embodiment.
