Manny arrived on time and brought equipment and parts in with him so he did not have to make several trips back to his truck which was a big time saver. He did a great job fixing my toilet without creating a big mess, and he made sure everything was left clean. The only negative about his business is that he does not take credit cards. Even that was not so bad because he does accept several other forms of payment.
