Marat came in with a reasonable estimate, asked a few pertinent questions, settled on a date and was punctual in starting the work, despite the cold. He and his partner were meticulous in their detailed work, needing to make multiple cuts on the tile. He offered suggestions as to style and color choices and stayed until the work was completed. He was neat, cleaned up when finished and we were very satisfied with their work. We will definitely call them again for any other ‘handyman’ jobs necessary in the future. The BC crew did a great job replacing my old worn out hardwood floors with a beautiful new engineered hardwood plank in just two work days; one day to remove the old floor and make some repairs to the subfloor, and one day to install the new floor planks. By the end of the day they had put all the furniture back in place and cleaned up. Very happy with their work.

BC Builders did a first floor hardwood floor install in my home this past spring. I have been waiting to write this review to ensure the floors would remain in place, not warp or otherwise fail due to the install. As floors become exposed to temperature changes, humidity and foot traffic they can quickly degrade if not installed properly and it is with much pleasure I can confirm the floors are still as beautiful and intact as the day they were installed. Willian is great to work with, his pricing is ultra competitive and he is exceedingly knowledgeable about flooring installation. He correctly advised me on multiple items and I am glad I went with his advice. His crew works fast and efficiently and does the job right not just quickly. I would highly recommend using Willian and his team for any of your flooring installation needs.

Willian and his crew did a great job! They installed hardwood floors on our entire first floor. Willian is knowledgable about flooring and install. He responded quickly to my many questions via text. He and his crew were on time and worked hard to get the job done quickly. We had a few difficult areas, as we have a radiator heat system and floor outlets, but when brought up concerns he and his crew were able to figure it out so that overall the floor looks great. And the cost is absolutely reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin did a wonderful job on our floor install! We have a very old home, so with that comes a lot of unexpected finds when working through renovations. We had multiple types of tile and hardwoods installed throughout the home. Kevin went above and beyond with this floor install project with helping us install our toilet, installing handrail posts, helping with floor leveling and not to mention doing a beautiful job at laying hex mosaic tile in a specific requested pattern in our kitchen. We love how things turned out! We highly recommend Kevin as throughout the project his communication was excellent, and you could tell that he wanted the final product to be beautiful. We are so happy with the construction process and our new floors!

Jonathan and his team did a great job for us. He helped me pick out replacement hardwood. His team tore out about four layers of old flooring, laid the new floor, installed new trim, and stained the new floor. They get the whole project done in three days- over a weekend ! Make sure when you’re starting your project that you talk through all the details that you want and communicate everything. I did not communicate everything clearly at the beginning of the project but Jonathan adjusted as they progressed. Some before and afters below
