FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have always been fair and open-minded when it comes to discussing pricing. And I always do my best to keep all costs well within a client's budget. I understand that each and every request is unique, and for that reason alone, I pour all my creative energy into every design no matter how big or small. I can definitely say that there is more passion than profit in what I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to start with a quick phone call to discuss your project; this helps me understand your vision better and overall goal. If you prefer to communicate only by text or email, then that’s perfectly fine as well. Also, I always encourage new clients to share any thoughts or ideas they may have about their project, even if it's a simple sketch that you drew, your preferred choice of colors, or maybe even something you saw online that inspired you?; please don't hesitate to send it my way. The more insight, the better.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having worked at the Las Vegas Review-Journal for over 10 years as a graphic designer in the Marketing department has helped me to develop and sharpen my design skills. It was there that I had the opportunity to create logos, magazine & prints ads, fliers, one-sheets, booklets, large format posters, banners, and event signage. Even now I'm still very passionate about all aspects of design, and I am always striving to learn new ways to improve my craft.
