They were very careful with our things, and the staff were very enthusiastic and polite. The moving took more hours than we expected, but they remained positive and moved everything carefully even by the end of the day. We appreciate their hard work. We will definitely recommend them to others!

While I did not actually get to work with EcoMovers LV (I ended up not needing them after all), I still want to write a review to thank them for their awesome customer service in dealing with my booking and eventual cancellation. Although the booking fee was nonrefundable, as is with most places, they were nice enough to lmk that should I change my mind about not moving within thirty days, my deposit would still be good. They also said I could transfer the fee to a friend that might need moving services within 30 days, which I thought was exceptionally generous and nice. They were helpful, informative, quick with responses, and very flexible. If I ever do move in the future I will definitely book them to help me. Thank you Leury!
