Without Tommy, I would still be out of shape. This man, and the friendship we’ve created, and the guidance he has given is responsible for the massively impactful transformation i’ve been able to make in my health and fitness. He has been a great friend, and always encourages me when I feel down on myself, get in my head, and feel like I just didnt have what it took to make this transformation happen.
From September of 2018, all the way to October of 2020, I have been able to, thanks to the mentorship I received from Tarzan Fitness, to drop a total of 40+lbs of fat, and gain 7+lbs of muscle.
Again, had i not received that wake up call, It would not have happened.
