What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing the surface, visible condition, location, approximate size, and the result the customer wants. Photos can help us prepare for the first conversation. When needed, we complete an on-site assessment, confirm the appropriate service and limitations, then schedule the approved work and review the completed area with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JCA’s work is informed by hands-on experience with concrete, pavers, hot-water cleaning systems, stain identification, surface-specific chemistry, and restoration-focused assessment.
