FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin our business relationship with all new customers by inviting them to schedule an in-home evaluation. During this first step, we can take the time to listen to and address their concerns, discuss different options, and offer a free trial of our service for those who like to try before they buy. This is our way of getting to know our customers better and also to get acquainted with the property in order to provide the best possible service solution. At this appointment, we will provide a menu of services for anything that the customer might be interested in, either now or in the future. This saves them time, and offers convenience if and when they need to have something else cleaned. After the initial estimate is provided, our office staff will follow up to make sure we've answered any remaining questions and to offer to schedule a cleaning appointment. While this is our most common process, we know that sometimes, people are just ready to have the work done! For customers who are in this stage, we can do the in-home evaluation and the cleaning all in the same appointment, provided the customer approves of the price at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Spifco carpet cleaning technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and we are required to engage in continuous education about new industry technology as well as adhere to a strict code of ethical standards, setting us apart from our competition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both residential, commercial, and at times, industrial, customers, because, everyone has floors in their home, office, or plant, right? Every year, we are privileged to work with local colleges, daycare centers, doctors and dentist offices, as well as real estate and developers headquarters. We've also provided services for many government buildings, events centers, restaurants, and retails shops. We have cleaned residential properties of all shapes and sizes, from 16000 square foot mansions in Incline Village, to single bedroom townhomes. No job is too big or too small for Spifco.
