I had On Deck do my back fence, two gates, and turf in my backyard. Everything is absolutely amazing and so beautiful. My gates can be seen from the street and get compliments constantly. We added a retaining wall to separate the yard and give it more dimension and it made my yard look so much bigger. I had some idea changes while things were in progress and Douglas was always quick to respond and come talk things over with me. Douglas made the process easy and replied to my texts even in the off hours. I do think the turf areas have a bit of rolling currently after a few months. I reached out to Douglas but it’s the holidays/end of year so I’m sure he’s busy and will get back to me soon. I’m absolutely obsessed with my yard. It’s the yard of my dreams and I’m so thankful. I’ll always recommend Douglas and On Deck for any project needs.

Douglas analyzed my irrigation problem swiftly and professionally as well as teaching me issues with my system that I never knew! Because he got tied up on his late afternoon job and I had to call him, he did not charge me. I am a VERY satisfied customer!
