Introduction: Originally from Bradenton, Florida, Tyler moved to Hyde Park, New York to attend and graduate from The Culinary Institute of America and worked at the prestigious restaurant, Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Tarrytown, New York. Upon graduating, Tyler became Certified Beer Server by the Cicerone Certification Program and enjoys pairing beer with menus.
Growing up in the small town of Gardnerville, Nevada, Aubrey developed her love for the great outdoors and her parent's garden. Her love for food and cooking brought her to Hyde Park, NY to attend the world renowned Culinary Institute of America.
After graduating with her Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management, receiving her Sommelier Level I Certification by the Court of Masters Sommelier and working as a teaching assistant and manager of the Caterina de Medici restaurant, Aubrey and Tyler returned to the Lake Tahoe area to share her experience and open
Butter + Salt.
