- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer financing in the form of payment plans for all customers. We also offer discounts for multi-projects as well as a discount to all veterans, hospital frontline, and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What we like to do is respond to as many leads or questions as possible. Sometimes we’re overbooked or sometimes we aren’t a good fit for the customers needs. We ask the customers demands and needs, and respond truthfully. Without honesty and integrity our work would just be another company looking to make every buck.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently enrolled in schooling to educate myself further, our company usually doesn’t hire entry-level for any supervisor position or lead position it must be earned via hard work, and knowledge. If one cannot grow mentally then one cannot lead.
