- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always tricky, how do you charge for doing something you enjoy doing? I just charge what is fair and I have been known to take care of the people that are struggling but the work they need done is mandatory. I know how it is to have limited money and all the sudden your heater quits and its 5° outside. To answer the question my pricing is always honest and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer, build a relationship and hear all the ideas they have for there project. I strive to deliver extraordinary results. I want the customer to go "WOOOW" as soon as they see the completed project. That is what gives me satisfaction at the end of the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my skills are basically self taught and or by watching people. When I see something that draws my attention I go home and study everything about it.
