- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course you have to with thumbtack but I try to meet with the customers to understand what they would like then I put together a bid or a quote at that time and what this does is ables me to be fair and work with the customer or customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I introduce myself and go over whatever the repairs that they might need and explain to them the way that I would handle the problems as far as the repairs and give them a little bit of my background as to how I would go about it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
And they all had their own businesses growing up I worked with all of them hands on with every aspect of building and property.
