Sue is an amazing woman, an amazing organizer, and a great new friend. She was very professional, she has so many tips and tricks to share, and kept me on task. We organized my mom's craft room for her birthday. She always had a vision for her craft room, but could never quite pull the trigger on figuring out the clutter. Sue and I crushed it together, and I would reccomend her to anyone and everyone!

So happy I chose Sue. She did a superb job of getting my place organized and, gratefully, she listened when I requested that certain areas be pretty much be left as is. Sue had no problem switching between being an "organizing queen" zipping through at light speed and the next moment calmly listening to my requests. Absolutely awesome! Susan was absolutely wonderful! I have been trying to organize my spaces for months, and she was able to keep me on track and make sure everything got done. She also took all the "donate" items with her when she left so I did not have to drop them off at a donation center, myself. I will 100% work with her again. Sue was absolutely amazing! Seriously, by far a better value for the money than other places that quoted me. She helped transform my bedroom from a giant pile of junk to a bedroom that looks twice the size! She was super nice with my kids and honestly she felt like part of the family after only being here an hour. I have already scheduled more appointments with her for other rooms in my house. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Have the exact dollar amount determined after a 1-2 hour Home Consultation (depending on the size of the home).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come to the home and do a 2 hour Consultation where I work with the homeowner and we fill out a 24 page staging report. We get as much done as we can within the 2 hours going room by room making suggestions as to what needs to be done in each room to get it ready. We rearrange furniture to show the effect we are looking for to open up the room to show off the architectural features of the room.
If the home is dated, we make a list of items to purchase to lighten and brighten, maybe new bedspreads, linens, centerpieces, etc. if the homeowner Is a DYI type, they can do this themselves or they may hire me for an hourly fee to get these items. I have a warehouse full of accessories, lamps, trees, pillows, large art work, etc. to rent from us if you don’t want to purchase them. I then come back and install the purchases and rental accessories and tweak the whole house and take pictures for my website and your realtor.
