Talia did a great job doing a deep clean for our home. She was able to come on short notice when we needed help getting the house cleaned for unexpected guests. She has amazing attention to detail, and she took her time to ensure every corner of our house was fur and dust free.

We have had the pleasure of working with Talia as our housekeeper for just over a month now, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with her work. She consistently shows up on time, and I have found her to be one of the most dependable individuals I have ever worked with. She is always considerate and respectful of my home, and pays excellent attention to detail in her work. One of the things that stands out most to me about Talia is her consistency. I always know that when she comes to clean my home, everything will be done to the highest standard, and that I can trust her completely. She has a keen eye for detail and never leaves a job half done. Her work ethic is truly outstanding. In addition to her work ethic and attention to detail, Talia is also an incredibly considerate individual. She is always respectful of my space and takes great care to ensure that she is not disrupting my daily routine. She is polite and professional, and it is always a pleasure to have her in my home. Overall, I highly recommend Talia to anyone who is looking for a dependable, consistent, and highly skilled housekeeper. The original appointment on Friday was canceled because of car trouble which I totally understood. She couldn't make it that day so we agreed to reschedule for Monday at 10:00am and then the morning of, I confirmed with her again and she said she'll be there around 11:00am instead. 20 minutes after 11am she finally texts that she is on her way and will be there by noon. So now we are 2 hours late and she brings her daughter without notice. I was totally fine with it thinking she was going to help her mom and instead she stayed with me the entire time her mom was cleaning upstairs. I have other children that were occupied and I ended up babysitting for 2 hours. Because she came late I did have to ask her to swap upstairs to downstairs because of my daughter's naptime. As I was taking my daughter for her nap, I asked Talia's daughter to stay downstairs and she followed me up into our bedroom anyway. When I did see how much had been done in two hours, I realized that it was not worth my sanity to have her stay and continue cleaning. I asked if she could just clean the 1/2 bath downstairs and revise her pricing for the work that had been done. Our original agreement was $425 for the house and the add-ons of stove cleaning, windows and fridge cleaning. She had only cleaned a total 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom (minus my entire shower) and charged $325. She had told me the walls and doors had been wiped down and tacked on a cancellation fee and called it fair. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like I got taken advantage of AND had to babysit for free. Maybe this was just a one off situation but I will not be recommending Talia.
