I chose Sivar Painting after doing much research and getting 6 estimates. I wanted my house painted right but I also was on a budget. Their bid was the lowest which made me a little skeptical. So I read every review I could find. All of them were excellent! After meeting Pablo and discussing the challenges of my particular home, I was reassured that he could restore it. I was not disappointed. My house had not been painted in 15 years (he guesstimated). The siding on this 53 year-old mobile home was very much damaged. It was riddled with bare wood, cracks, holes, and damage from the elements. I thought my porch would need to be totally replaced, but painting made it look brand new!
Pablo and his crew took the time it needed to prep it for painting. He even trimmed overgrown trees and bushes by the house and took a whole load of old furniture/trash to the dump that had been stored up along the garage. They did not rush through the prepping or painting. They did everything meticulously and with great skill and professionalism. Moreover, workers were so polite and respectful towards my property, me and my dog.
The week went much smoother than I imagined. And I was so thrilled with the end result. Pablo, more than anything, wants his customers to be happy. I never knew having my house painted would make me feel so much better about my home and myself. I imagine it’s like getting a facelift!
I’m looking forward to the next time I have my house painted and I would not choose anybody but Sivar Painting for this job.

From our very first contact with Eric, the estimator, through the completion of the project by Pablo (the owner) and his crew, including Julian and Pablo, the entire process was professional, organized, and stress-free. They arrived on time every day, treated our home with the utmost care, and took the time to move furniture, remove everything from the walls, and carefully protect our belongings.
What really impressed us was their attention to detail. They even took pictures before moving everything so they could return each item to its exact place when the job was finished. That level of care and respect for our home is hard to find.
