Juan and Alex were excellent—they responded immediately, had last-minute availability, and showed up on time, professional, and ready to work. We had a multi-step move from storage to a condo with fragile items, and they handled everything carefully, efficiently, and without complaint. They coordinated loading fragile items separately, completed multiple trips smoothly, and adapted as the plan shifted. Juan arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He and his assistant were easy to communicate with and were very efficient, removing my big old couch with care, and then put together my new one very quickly.
