Our pricing is structured as a premium per-person rate for a complete 5-course artisanal experience. This fee includes bespoke menu design, expert grocery sourcing, on-site culinary preparation, professional coursed service, and a comprehensive kitchen restoration. Grocery costs are handled transparently, ensuring you only pay for the high-quality, seasonal ingredients you choose.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The journey begins with a private consultation to discuss your vision, dietary preferences, and the occasion. I then design a custom 5-course menu tailored specifically to your palate. On the event day, I arrive at your residence with the freshest ingredients, transform your kitchen into a five-star studio, serve each dish with a detailed story, and leave your space immaculate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a ServSafe Certified professional with extensive international culinary experience. After 10 years experience I moved to Reno and I am currently TMCC Culinary Arts Associate program. My expertise is rooted in the fusion of Mediterranean, Turkish, and Modern American techniques. I specialize in artisanal dough craftsmanship (long-fermentation) and small-batch frozen dessert artistry, ensuring every element on the plate is made from scratch.
