I'm a senior in excellent condition having had outstanding trainers in the past. When my last trainer had to move, I had the daunting task of finding a replacement for an irreplaceable trainer. I am pleased to tell you that Chris is an excellent trainer and fills the absence perfectly. What's most impressive is that he is capable of coming up with creative variations on exercises that are already well known to me. In that way, he extends my overall training experience.

I am loving my workouts outs with Chris, he is so knowledgeable with the type of exercises I need for my age and body type. I was worried about starting to workout in my 50’s, but Chris was so nice and has made every work out fun and I already feel so much better!

I signed up with Chris for a series of 6 personal training sessions at Anytime Fitness, after several months of relatively limited physical activity.
Chris took the time at the outset to understand my fitness goals and, most importantly, discuss any physical limitations we’d have to manage along the way (I have had multiple surgeries over the years). The initial focus was on stretching and enhancing flexibility before graduating to more traditional strength-building and weight training.
Chris knows his stuff. Every regimen he led me through during each session was tailored to a specific purpose or target muscle group. Not only did he instruct me on proper form using the various types of equipment at the facility, but he also explained the logic and anticipated outcome behind each and every exercise.
