Our pricing is designed to be clear and straightforward, with no hidden fees. We offer flexible options such as single sessions, multi-session packages, and monthly coaching plans. Discounts are available for pre-paid programs and bundled services. Every plan includes a free assessment to ensure we design the right program for your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free consultation and fitness assessment to understand your goals, training background, and lifestyle. From there, I design a customized program that blends strength, conditioning, and nutrition coaching. Together, we focus on improving functional movement, performance, and long-term results—while ensuring the process fits into your life in a sustainable way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist. I also draw from my experience as a Division 1 football player at the University of Nevada, Reno, where I developed firsthand knowledge of performance, conditioning, and resilience. My education and background allow me to bring both scientific expertise and real-world athletic experience to every client.
