Introduction: Are you ready to change your life through exercise your body, mind and soul? If so I am the trainer you are seeking. I am a certified personal trainer I have been actively for 15 years. I understand the different unique body types to help you with weight loss through how you eat and of course exercise. Everyone has different exercise needs I design exercise programs for each individual person to fit into their life, another words I help you to achieve your desired results through changing your relationship with food and exercise. In addition I work with emotions, I do this because weight loss is a highly personal and a emotional journey, how one feels about them selves inside and out is critical to living a happier healthier life. my prices start at $60 per 1 hour sessions for excerxise and weight loss. For a 60 min energy clearing I charge $90. please be clear when you contact me on which one you are seeking. Energy clearings are not done along with exercise sessions, each are a separate session. Lisa is an exceptional trainer who takes a sincere and personal interest in her student/client’s success and wellbeing. Her holistic approach to total health is extremely helpful and has had a considerable impact on my health and quality of life. Based on her coaching, encouragement and gentle accountability my eating habits have changed resulting in safe weight loss and improvements in my biometrics. If you’re looking for a trainer that offers more than just work out tips but also dietary training, positive reinforcement and grace filled accountability then Lisa is the trainer you need.

Lisa is an amazing trainer. She takes time to get to know her clients on a more personal level which makes reaching fitness goals easier and more fun. She is very knowledgeable of many different types of fitness and nutrition regimen and caters to a variety of clients. I would recommend her to anyone with any fitness goals.

Lisa is an amazing personal trainer. I always had the perception that trainers push you beyond your limits and will usually have their goal for you in mind as opposed to your goal in mind. Lisa totally puts you, her client, first and foremost. She works you, within your limits and surprises you when you realize that you have made progress without killing yourself. She believes in having fun and enjoying your workout, while kicking your butt. She is flexible regarding your comfort and environment. The girl can accommodate your workout in any environment. She's the best!

Lisa spends the time to get to know you and has a very customized way of training. She’s very goal-oriented and we worked together to track my fitness goal from day one (measurements/body fat etc.) We’ve come a long way together and I am closer to my goal than I have been in a very long time. She doesn’t make you feel like she’s on the hour as she spends the time to learn about you and shares with you as well. She never flakes and will spend time outside of training, texting you to make sure you have what you need in terms of mindset and nutrition!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I majored I’m Healthy performance management with a double minor in Healthy promotion and Nutrition. Certificate a NASM CPT, CPR, Energy healing and two levels of reining in Touch for health.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with woman and men of all ages between 13 and 84, I work well with all ages no matter what their goals may be. I have a strong background working with post physical therapy client who are recovering from surgery’s or illnesses which have resulted in skeletal imbalances, through corrective exercising.
