Introduction: I’ve been a personal trainer and life coach for 13 years. I started my journey as a personal trainer In Kaysville Utah at Lifelong Fitness where I spent 2 years learning from my mentor Griff Nielson. In 2011 I moved to San Rafael Ca where I worked for Body Kinetics, a family owned gym, I was the top preforming female trainer maintaining long term clients for years while furthering my education through continued education classes provided by Body Kinetics. I am without a doubt passionate about fitness and overall well-being for life! Each client is unique in their needs, no two are alike there for no two workout programs should be alike, I take care to evaluate each client, I listen, learn who they so I can then design the right program just for their physical needs. I believe fitness is a trifecta of healthy mind, body and soul, I provide that for my clients. I specialize in post physical therapy, mommies to be and after baby arrives, active aging, and everything in between, I help you achieve the results you are looking for, am good at what I do, I absolutely love being a personal trainer! I am available to train mornings and early afternoons, I am not available for evening or weekends. I have had to make adjustments to my pricing due to covid I home sessions, depending on distance and time it takes me to reach my perspective clients. Reno and Sparks $55 per session Mt Rose and Carson $70 per session. Tahoe (north side) $85 per session. Personal note... I am very healthy and covid free....

Lisa spends the time to get to know you and has a very customized way of training. She’s very goal-oriented and we worked together to track my fitness goal from day one (measurements/body fat etc.) We’ve come a long way together and I am closer to my goal than I have been in a very long time. She doesn’t make you feel like she’s on the hour as she spends the time to learn about you and shares with you as well. She never flakes and will spend time outside of training, texting you to make sure you have what you need in terms of mindset and nutrition!

    I majored I’m Healthy performance management with a double minor in Healthy promotion and Nutrition. Certificate a NASM CPT, CPR, Energy healing and two levels of reining in Touch for health.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with woman and men of all ages between 13 and 84, I work well with all ages no matter what their goals may be. I have a strong background working with post physical therapy client who are recovering from surgery’s or illnesses which have resulted in skeletal imbalances, through corrective exercising.
